Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high volume periods or drops, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.


Shipping Delays

Vanished Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will assist with carrier inquiries when possible.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs

  • Refunds will not be issued until the item is returned and verified


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Vanished Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, contact us and we will assist with filing a carrier claim.


International Shipping

International shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
