Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review the policy below before requesting a return or refund.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Once approved, items must be shipped back within 14 days.

All returns require:

  • Proof of purchase (order number)

  • Photos of the item and original packaging

  • Approval from Vanished Apparel before shipping

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


Apparel Returns

Apparel returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Item was received defective

  • Item received was incorrect

Apparel returns will not be accepted for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Normal wear or washing

  • Damage caused after delivery

To qualify, apparel must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed

  • Include original tags and packaging

  • Show no signs of wear, odor, or alteration

If the item does not meet these requirements, the return will be denied and the item will be sent back.


Jewelry Lifetime Warranty

All Vanished Apparel jewelry, including necklaces, rings, and earrings, includes a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Warranty terms:

  • Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us

  • Once the item is received and verified, we will replace it at no cost

  • We cover shipping for the replacement item

The warranty does not cover:

  • Loss or theft

  • Normal wear such as scratches or tarnish

  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, or modification


Return Shipping & Refunds

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original outbound shipping is non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs will only be refunded if the item is verified as defective or incorrect

Refunds are issued after inspection and verification of the returned item.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.


Final Sale Items

All sale items, limited drops, and promotional items are final sale unless received defective or incorrect.


Refused or Invalid Returns

We reserve the right to refuse any return that:

  • Does not meet eligibility requirements

  • Is returned without approval

  • Shows signs of wear, damage, or tampering

  • Lacks original packaging or verification
